Return/Exchange Policy
- In case damaged or defective products are received, items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days.
- Customers may exchange product sizes within 15 days of merchandise receipt; only unused/unworn and undamaged items may be exchanged.
- A Return/Exchange Authorization Number (RAN) must be requested with Customer Service in all cases.
- No exceptions to 1, 2 and 3 above.
Initiating a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Product name and description
- Reason for the return/exchange
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return/exchange shipping.
- Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return/exchange is received by us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
