At Magna Divers, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please review our return/exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Return/Exchange Policy

  • In case damaged or defective products are received, items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days.
  • Customers may exchange product sizes within 15 days of merchandise receipt; only unused/unworn and undamaged items may be exchanged.
  • A Return/Exchange Authorization Number (RAN) must be requested with Customer Service in all cases.
  • No exceptions to 1, 2 and 3 above.

 Initiating a Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name and description
    • Reason for the return/exchange
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return/exchange shipping.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return/exchange is received by us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
